always eager to try new and unusual recipes
some prefer to go the vegetarian route - but this is not good for your canine pal

POULET AU RIZ

1 whole chicken for boiling
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped peas

DIRECTIONS:

boil whole chicken in large soup pot
after boiling for 30 minutes add:
carrots
peas
simmer for another 30 minutes
carefully remove chicken to a platter to debone
save some of the chicken broth to use with dry dog food
strain remaining liquid to remove the carrots and peas
